I am Meagan Colvin, and I help moms and dads transform the challenges of parenting into valuable opportunities for learning, growth, and connection, using conscious and respectful parenting along with applied neuroscience.

I am Meagan Colvin, I have a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, and I am also a mom to two wonderful children. My passion for mindful and respectful parenting has led me to become a certified parenting coach and a professional facilitator in Applied Neuroscience techniques, including Mindfulness, Compassion, Self-Compassion, and Non-Violent Communication. Through a mindful, respectful, and trauma-informed approach, I help moms and dads break harmful patterns from the past, manage the stress that parenting entails, and discover new tools and resources for their own emotional and nervous system regulation. My goal is to help families create a loving and enriching environment that fosters emotional development and promotes their children's mental health. I am here to accompany you on this transformative journey, providing you with the tools and support needed to enjoy every stage of parenting with confidence and joy.
