I am Meagan Colvin, I have a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, and I am also a mom to two wonderful children. My passion for mindful and respectful parenting has led me to become a certified parenting coach and a professional facilitator in Applied Neuroscience techniques, including Mindfulness, Compassion, Self-Compassion, and Non-Violent Communication.
